1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Reussi, also referred to as Work & Wellness Hub, by natural persons staying as a guest (“Guest(s)”).
1.2 Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by Work & Wellness Hub.
2.1 A reservation becomes definitive upon our written/digital confirmation and receipt of the required (partial) payment.
2.2 Work & Wellness Hub applies a minimum stay of 1 night.
3.1 Published prices are per room, per night, including VAT and tourist tax.
3.2 Offers provided are valid for 48 hours. During this offer period, the houseboat remains bookable for others for the period specified in the offer.
3.3 Payment: 50% in advance, 50% no later than 7 days before arrival. For reservations/bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the full rental amount must be paid at once.
3.4 The security deposit is €250 and is pre-authorized when paying by credit card. If paying by another method, the deposit must be paid in cash in euros or in your own currency equivalent to €250 upon arrival.
3.5 Damage or additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit. Refund of the deposit will occur no later than 14 days after departure.
4.1 Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation value. Refunds of paid rental fees and any deposit will be made no later than 14 days after cancellation.
4.2 Early departure does not entitle guests to a refund.
4.3 Changes are subject to availability and may involve rate differences.
5.1 Check-in: from 16:00; check-out: no later than 11:00. Exceptions only by agreement.
5.2 Certified keys are used. Loss of key(s) incurs a replacement fee of €50.
5.3 All guests must present a valid ID upon arrival; registration of all guests is legally required.
6.1 Smoking is prohibited on the houseboat (including e-cigarettes/soft drugs). Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace. Violation of this rule: €250 fine and immediate termination of the stay.
6.2 Quiet hours: please respect silence between 22:00 – 08:00; parties/events are not allowed.
6.3 Visitors: only registered guests are allowed; third parties only with prior permission.
6.4 Pets: not allowed unless agreed in writing beforehand.
6.5 Maximum occupancy: maximum 2 guests per room/space; exceeding this will lead to immediate cancellation on site.
6.6 Safety: follow the owner’s instructions, keep emergency exits clear, and do not tamper with smoke detectors. Fine for tampering: €250.
7.1 Guests must use the property and inventory carefully. Any damage, loss, or extraordinary dirt must be reported and compensated immediately.
7.2 Work & Wellness Hub may charge reasonable extra cleaning costs for smoking, heavy soiling, or misuse of the kitchen.
8.1 Stay is at the guest’s own risk. Work & Wellness Hub is not liable for loss/theft of property or personal injury, unless caused by intent or gross negligence of Work & Wellness Hub.
8.2 Work & Wellness Hub is not liable for delays, damages, or costs caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, government measures, technical failures).
9.1 In case of violation of house rules or danger/nuisance, Work & Wellness Hub may immediately terminate the stay without refund.
10.1 We register legally required guest information and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.1 Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
1.1 Access to the deck, quay stairs, and accommodation areas is at your own risk and only allowed for registered guests.
1.2 Guests are asked to be careful when boarding and leaving the vessel; the gangway may move due to waves or height differences.
1.3 Following the owner’s instructions regarding safety and stability of the ship is mandatory.
1.4 Suitable footwear is recommended; slippery surfaces may occur during rain or frost.
1.5 Mooring other vessels to Reussi is not allowed without explicit permission.
2.1 Strict fire safety rules apply on board. Smoking, open flames, candles, incense, or barbecues are not permitted anywhere.
2.2 Guests must take note of fire extinguisher locations and emergency exits upon arrival (shown by host).
2.3 In an emergency, leave the vessel immediately via the indicated route and assembly point on the quay.
2.4 Tampering with smoke detectors or emergency equipment may lead to immediate termination of the stay and liability for damages.
3.1 Guests are requested to use water and energy responsibly.
3.2 Toilets and drains are connected to a pump system. Only the provided toilet paper may be flushed; no wipes or other materials.
3.3 Any blockage caused by improper use will be charged to the guest.
4.1 Respect the peace of other residents on and around the quay; music or loud voices after 22:00 are not allowed.
4.2 Guests may not access other parts of the vessel than the rented accommodation and terrace without permission.
4.3 No excessive alcohol, drug use, or noise is allowed on board or on the quay stairs.
5.1 The stay takes place at your own risk under normal weather conditions.
5.2 In extreme weather (storm, high water, ice), the owner may take safety measures, including temporary evacuation or early check-out. Alternative accommodation will be offered if possible.
6.1 The owner of Reussi is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by the guest’s own negligence or improper use of the facilities.
6.2 Guests are liable for damage to the interior, deck, or technical installations caused by careless use.
6.3 The owner is not liable for theft or damage to vehicles or belongings on or near the quay.
7.1 In case of emergency, technical failure, or maintenance, the owner has the right to enter the accommodation, respecting the guest’s privacy.
7.2 Guests are not allowed to duplicate keys or grant access to third parties without permission.
8.1 Guests are requested to dispose of waste in designated bins.
8.2 Do not throw any waste into the water. Depending on severity, the municipality of Amsterdam may issue fines of €110 or more.
9.1 Upon departure, the accommodation must be left in a tidy state; waste must be placed in designated bins.
9.2 Any damage or missing items will be checked on site; costs may be deducted from the deposit.
9.3 After check-out, all access to the vessel and quay ends (keys must be returned).
